Wet Wet Wet and Madness at Southend Barns

So, yesterday had to be the wettest wedding day in history for me (apart from my neice, where is rained ALL day). It started at 9 am and did not stop until 1:30 pm. Thankfully, this couple walked down the aisle at 2:00 pm, so she did it without umbrellas. Also, they were married at Southend Barns, which has a covered outside area with fire pits and sofas, so despite the rain, we were outside. Perfect for the British weather. The couple had a lovely day and all seemed quite normal until the evening. At around 9 pm, the disco kicked in with Madness ... and SKA music. I've never seen such moves from large numbers of men. They kicked and hugged their way around the dance floor for at least an hour. This bunch certainly know how to have a good time. Great speech by the Daddy too ... Congratulations Karis and Ben.  Check out the rainbow shot that was posted by Southend Barns Twitter Account ... Southend Barns Twitter ...
