Baby Photoshoot in Chichester. Skin like cream.

So, I photographed this couple in February 2013. Zoe was pregnant and she was marrying her soldier who was about to go off on tour to Afghanistan. It was all very romantic and a bit quick. He came back for 2 weeks while baby Brooke was born. We did some shots before he went back.  I shall put that one up first - sleeping baby in the garden.  The second lot are four months later. What a little pickle - that nose!

Wet Wet Wet and Madness at Southend Barns

So, yesterday had to be the wettest wedding day in history for me (apart from my neice, where is rained ALL day). It started at 9 am and did not stop until 1:30 pm. Thankfully, this couple walked down the aisle at 2:00 pm, so she did it without umbrellas. Also, they were married at Southend Barns, which has a covered outside area with fire pits and sofas, so despite the rain, we were outside. Perfect for the British weather. The couple had a lovely day and all seemed quite normal until the evening. At around 9 pm, the disco kicked in with Madness ... and SKA music. I've never seen such moves from large numbers of men. They kicked and hugged their way around the dance floor for at least an hour. This bunch certainly know how to have a good time. Great speech by the Daddy too ... Check this out. My buddy and child minder who spent 3 years looking after my girls and my friends girls started out in her house. This year she started her own Nursery. With a builder for a husband, she was able to create a state of the art nursery with all the technical and not so technical extra special features you would expect from a nursery. A few are: underfloor heating for the babies room; FINGER ID entry for the PARENTS!; free coffee and sofas in the waiting lobby; screens to sit and watch your little loves while you wait; a massive garden; organic chef; and lots of cute merchandise. She has done a great job - Well Done Gemma!
